BLW helps cover: program or activity fees, required equipment, uniforms, or supplies, our goal is to help your child participate fully and confidently — not just sign up.
No. Beyond Limits Wyoming does not provide cash to families.
Yes. All information is reviewed only by the BLW Board of Directors and is handled with care and confidentiality. We respect your privacy and your family’s situation.
Applications are reviewed using a consistent scoring system that considers: financial need, your child’s interest and potential impact, commitment to the activity, family support and follow-through, overall alignment with BLW’s mission, every application is reviewed with care — never judgment.
We understand that circumstances change. Please let us know as soon as possible. Lack of communication or repeated no-shows may affect future eligibility, but this is about fairness and respect — not punishment.
Yes. Families are welcome to apply again as opportunities and funding allow. While approval is not guaranteed every cycle, we encourage continued interest and communication.
