Beyond Limits Wyoming removes financial barriers so kids can participate in activities that help them grow, belong, and thrive. Here’s how the process works — step by step.
Parents or guardians complete a short, confidential online application and select the activity that best fits their child’s interests and their family’s schedule. Families are responsible for transporting their child to and from the activity. If needed, we may request documentation such as proof of income or free/reduced lunch eligibility. All information is handled with care and confidentiality.
Each application is reviewed by the BLW Board of Directors using a consistent scoring system based on several factors, including:
Financial need
Potential impact on the child
Commitment to the activity
Parent or guardian support
Overall alignment with the BLW mission
If an application is approved, Beyond Limits Wyoming pays the activity provider directly (sports clubs, studios, instructors, or programs). Families never receive cash.
When gear or supplies are needed, BLW provides items through Amazon Wish Lists.
We follow up with providers to confirm participation. If a child stops attending without communication or a valid reason, it may affect future eligibility. This is about respect:
for the opportunity given,
for the generosity that made it possible,
and for the next child waiting their turn.
BEYOND LIMITS GIVES CASPER KIDS ACCESS — NO BARRIERS, NO JUDGMENT, JUST KIDS GETTING THEIR SHOT.
